Whether you are an external or an internal user, you can find several approved Media Assets in the DAM-System. Only the registration process and the links to the database are different.

Registration and Log in for the OSRAM DAM-System

For an internal user:
After entering the DAM-System you can simply log in with your Windows password. https://dam.osram.info

For an external user:
Customers can access the DAM system through www.myosram.com. New registrations need a singular logon.

Vendor
Please ask the media-asset-team media_asset@osram.com to create an account in the DAM system. We need the following information:

• Company/Branch
• Street Address
• Postal code
• City
• Last Name
• First Name
• Phone
• E-Mail
• responsible OSRAM Employee

After registration you enter the DAM-System by https://dam.osram.info

Only for Vendors: If needed, agencies are able to receive an Easy Access for Getty Images (gettyimages.com). Please request the access by writing an email to the Media Asset Team.

Search and Find

Full-text Search

The new full-text search in the DAM-System scans all objects for text entered by the user. You have several search options to find the assets in an easy way. This is the field in which you can enter your search parameters (e.g. DOI or old MDB ID, Keywords, product-name, getty, ZMP, EAN, case-name…)

• Several search terms can be combined with AND, OR, + or space. The combination AND and OR are not allowed.
• Also you can search by replacing letters by * or ? e.g. *Partial Term, ?Partial Term?
• Clicking the button “Marketing Material Search” starts a search only in the folder OSRAM branded – Marketing Material.
• Clicking the button “Image Search” starts a search only in the folder images.
