Primary Market Research

Primary Market Research is a service unit for all Business Units. We collect worldwide qualitative and quantitative data (mostly in cooperation with external agencies) for the intern sponsor - based on the internal briefings. The results of surveys are available for the sponsor of the research exclusively.

The following studies are managed in close cooperation with the Business Units:

  • Brand positioning, brand architecture, brand image
  • Customer satisfaction studies (NPS)
  • Communication studies (e.g. advertising pre-tests and tracking trade show surveys, packaging tests)
  • Product-specific studies (e.g. product tests)

The advantages of the Primary Market Research department for you:

  • Knowledge / consulting regarding research methods and complete survey design
