Here you find all information, files and links to fulfill all necessary requirements within the OSRAM sponsoring approval process. All sponsoring globally have to be approved following this process before any kind of sponsoring agreement can be signed no matter which value the sponsoring has and if it is a financial- or product sponsoring.

All information which sponsoring is allowed and how you have to proceed correctly within the approval process is bundled within the sponsoring guideline which is available here in the download section. Please follow this guideline carefully.

Before you start with the sponsoring approval process please assure that you sponsoring is supported and approved by the relevant business unit and the relevant sales responsible also on the sub-cluster- and cluster level.

If you are not sure if your activity is a sponsoring, a donation, or a hospitality activity this will be decided then in the first step in the sponsoring approval process tool SEAT (details see below) by the tool itself. Afterwards please enter all information required within the SEAT process. SEAT contains a direct help function (in the form of a light bulb) at most of the information items needed.
