The OSRAM brand and our portfolio brands are assets of great value for our business. With our brands we are able to achieve higher prices, win bids, retain customers, enter new markets and, and, and. To constantly fuel the power of our brand, it has to create a consistent brand experience for our customers and other stakeholders at every interaction point they have with our brand. Actually, you are responsible for creating these experiences, and it is our task, as the OSRAM Brand Management & Strategy team, to guide and support you. Maybe you know it all, then we probably won’t hear from you often, maybe you will use us a coaches for a while to get even better, maybe you will decide to use us only for your most tricky questions - you decide!
We provide you with the support and answers around branding for OSRAM and our portfolio brands.
We will answer questions about the use of the OSRAM Marketing & Communication Platform, the correct application of our brands, we support the design of layouts for diverse marketing and communication means and support co-branding activities.
Brand design, e.g.
- Questions about the use of our logo(s)
- Questions about the use of the brand design principles
- Questions about how to apply our branding when you develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Supervision and approval for layouts
Co-branding:
Support and supervision when we give our logo(s) to our partners
- Customers would like to use our logo to advertise our products in their communication

- Joint campaigns, events and other activities with external partners
- Ingredient branding with OEM partners (“OSRAM … included”)

You will receive our feedback within 48 hours based on the working hours of the Brand Service Desk (Central European Time). In most cases this timeframe is sufficient to solve your request. However, please keep in mind that complex cases may lead to discussion or revision and will naturally take longer to resolve. To be safe and comfortable, come to the Brand Service Desk early. After sending your request via the brand request form, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. The first time you use the form, you will also get an e-mail for registering in our ticketing system Mantis. If you click on the registration link, you can set your individual password. With your user name (your e-mail-address) and your password, you have access to our system and will be able to monitor your request or add notes or attachments. Please register before using the link in your confirmation e-mail.
You like it easier? Then reply directly to the confirmation e-mail, without logging into the system. In this case, please do not change the subject of the e-mail.

If you did not complete your registration yet, just go to the website https://brandservicedesk.osram.info and use the password recovery. Please use your mail address (the one you used to register on the OMCP) as username.
