OSRAM is a well-known brand with a strong and attractive image. Our customers, suppliers, sales and development partners therefore like to use it in their communication. They want to show that they work with an attractive brand and thus add value to their own brand or products.
Whenever we enter into such a brand partnership, OSRAM must also receive strategic added value. This requires us to choose the right partner “on an even footing” in order to avoid counterproductive effects on OSRAM's reputation. In addition, permission to use the logo is a legal act of brand licensing and requires special attention.
